Let's talk food...

More than ever, people want to know what’s in their food. They want to know about sourcing, how their food is being processed and the actual realness of what they are putting in their bodies. And because our client; McDonalds is passionate about delivering quality, they are transparent about their ingredients, they show field to fork. (Even though we usually eat mcdo with our hands)

Salad for lunch

In 2015, McDonalds launched the Quality On Tour Campaign, driving around, offering a taste of the products and letting people know how decent their ingredients are. In 2016 Bananas took the truck for a ride.

The goal was to change people’s mindset about the quality of the fast food. Bananas decided to create a meeting point between brand and consumer/gatekeeper and this through an experience truck. With this truck, the Bananas promo team drove around to different business parks/corporate areas . We distributed small salads and informed the people about the quality of the ingredients. For example, McDonalds uses no preservatives or added flavor.

The food truck is black with wooden details and has descriptive words written all over, conveying the key message: “We use qualitative ingredients”.

Breakfast or desert?

And then the fast food God said “Let there be breakfast”. And so the Bananas promo team jumped back in their food trucks to promote the launch of McDonalds Breakfast: McMorning. We drove back to different areas where a lot of companies were settled. People who came to our truck but didn’t want to have a taste of the menu, could get a coffee.

In summer, Bananas parked at different festivals and events to sample the delicious McFlurry’s in a matching truck.

Bananas actvated Jack Daniels on the biggest Walloon festival: Dour! Next one: Pukkelpop. Feel free to drop by and taste the greatest brand ever.
